I’m a husband, a father of two amazing boys, an entrepreneur and someone who has always believed that life should be designed, not endured.

Originally from France, I began my career in Paris before spending a year in Australia, an experience that broadened my perspective on people, cultures and business. Today, I’m proud to call Cork, Ireland home, where I’ve built both my family life and my career. As a native French speaker working daily in English, I naturally operate across international environments and connect with talent from diverse backgrounds.

Family is at the centre of everything I do. It shapes the decisions I make, the way I build my business and the people I choose to work with. 

Over the years, I’ve built my career around one thing: people. My time at Amazon gave me the opportunity to partner with exceptional leaders across Europe and taught me what great hiring really looks like. Starting ManaTalent allowed me to build something that truly reflects my values, where relationships come before transactions and quality always comes before quantity.

Beyond recruitment, I’m passionate about entrepreneurship, investing and continuous learning. I enjoy understanding how great companies are built, what makes leaders stand out and why some teams consistently outperform others. That curiosity drives both my work and my life.

When I’m not speaking with founders or candidates, you’ll probably find me at the gym, exploring Ireland with my family or planning our next adventure.
